Board Meetings
Board Meetings will be held the 4th Thursday of every month in the clubhouse at 7PM. Board of Directors Meeting Agenda will be posted in the window next to the main clubhouse entrance on Briarwood.
Homeowners are welcome to address the board for a maximum of five minutes each at the beginning of each meeting.
After that, the board will consider items on the meeting agenda. The board may invite homeowners to ask questions or offer suggestions or comments on the agenda items. The board can only discuss and/or take action on items that are on the agenda.
The final items on the agenda are usually discussed by the board in “closed session”. For privacy reasons no homeowners other than board members and those affected by the closed session agenda items may attend this part of the meeting.
